Quarterly Journal of the Geological Society
Quarterly Journal of the Geological Society is the original journal of the Geological Society, launched in 1845. It was published four times each year until it became bimonthly in 1971 and changed its name to Journal of the Geological Society. The journal contains original research articles as well as many detailed records of Society activities and is rich in historical content, much of it contributed by the most significant figures in the early development of the Earth sciences.
